How does the 30% revenue share work?
You earn 30% of the gross recurring revenue from every client you onboard and continue to actively service. This applies to both the 90-day implementation program fees and the ongoing platform subscription. There is no cap on your earnings.

What does 'actively servicing' mean?
You must have a signed client engagement agreement on file, dated within 30 days of the Intempt deal close. Your status is reviewed annually. If you stop servicing a client, either party can issue a 90-day termination notice, after which revenue share ceases for that client.

What happens if the client upgrades their plan?
Your 30% share adjusts automatically based on the new subscription amount. No action needed from you.

What if I pause or stop servicing a client?
Either party can issue a 90-day notice. Revenue share continues during the notice period and stops afterward for that client. Your share on other clients is unaffected.

What do agencies actually deliver?
You deliver the same 90-day VIP Program shown above, setting up and running one of the three solutions for each client.

How does certification work?
After approval, your team gets access to a training sandbox with structured modules covering platform setup, journey building, experimentation, and CRM configuration. Certification typically takes 1-2 weeks.

What types of agencies are the best fit?
RevOps agencies, CRO/experimentation shops, and email/SMS lifecycle agencies see the fastest time to value. If you serve e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile app clients, you're in the sweet spot.

How do payouts work?

Can recipe authors earn commissions too?
Yes. If you publish automation recipes or workflow templates on Intempt and those recipes drive platform usage on customer accounts, you earn 30% lifetime commissions on those accounts — the same rate as agency partners, with no cap.

Can I also earn referral commissions?
Yes. The Referral Program pays 30% of MRR for 12 months post-referral and is separate from the agency program. Many agencies participate in both, earning referral commissions on leads they introduce but don't implement.
